• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Our delivery process is divided into two transparent stages to ensure your package reaches you securely:

  • Handling Time: 3 – 4 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This includes order verification, careful quality control checks, and secure packaging.

  • Transit Time: 5 – 8 Business Days (Monday – Friday) via premium domestic carriers.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 – 12 Business Days.

• Do you offer international shipping?

  Currently, Darklove exclusively serves the United States market. We focus our operations strictly within the US to ensure reliable tracking and timely delivery for our domestic customer base.

• How can I track my package?

  Absolute transparency is our priority. As soon as your order is dispatched from our facility, an email containing your carrier tracking number and a direct tracking link will be sent to you. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier’s portal.

• Can I cancel or modify my order?

  If you need to change your shipping address or modify an item, please contact us at support@darklove.shop before order processing is complete. Once an order has entered processing or handed over to our carrier, it cannot be canceled or altered.

  To help you choose the perfect bag for your lifestyle, we provide detailed structural dimensions (Height, Width, Depth, and Strap Drop lengths) on every product page. We recommend reviewing these measurements to ensure your essentials fit perfectly.

• How should I care for my leather handbag?

  To maintain the natural suppleness and rich color of your bag, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and heavy moisture. For general cleaning, wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. For deep conditioning, we recommend professional leather care products. Never machine wash or submerge in water.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• What is your return window?

  We offer a transparent 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the documented date of delivery to request a formal return. To be eligible, the handbag must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and inside its original packaging.

• Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

  • Change of Mind / Customer Choice: The customer is responsible for obtaining a trackable return shipping label.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Darklove covers 100% of the return costs and provides a pre-paid return label.

• Are there any restocking fees?

  No. At Darklove, we do not charge any hidden restocking or processing fees ($0.00 Restocking Fee).

• How long do refunds take to process?

  Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our facility, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
