How should I maintain my handbag? To maintain the condition of the material, wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. We recommend avoiding abrasive cleaning agents, prolonged exposure to direct heat, or submersion in water.

What is included in my order? Each shipment contains:

  • 1 × Selected Handbag model

  • Protective packaging (such as a dust wrap)

  • Basic care instructions (where applicable)


Shipping & Logistics

Where do you ship? DarkLove currently operates exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time to maintain consistent delivery timelines.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

  • Transit Time: 4–6 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

How can I monitor my shipment? Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can use this number on the carrier’s official website to view real-time updates.

Returns & Cancellations

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged? If your package arrives with visible damage or the product is defective, please contact Support@darklove.shop within 48 hours of receipt. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damage so we can initiate a resolution.

Can I cancel my order? Order cancellations are only possible if the request is received before the item has entered the shipping process. Please contact us immediately after purchase if you wish to cancel.
