At DarkLove, we are dedicated to ensuring that your order reaches you through a reliable and predictable delivery process. This policy outlines our shipping rates, timelines, and carrier information for all orders within the United States.

1. Shipping Rates

To maintain transparency and simplicity, we apply a flat shipping rate to all domestic orders:

  • Flat Shipping Rate: $15.00 (Applies to all handbag orders regardless of size or weight).

2. Delivery Timelines (United States)

We follow a structured schedule to ensure your order is processed and dispatched efficiently. Please note that all timelines refer to Business Days (Monday to Friday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) | GMT -5

  • Order Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

  • Transit Time: 4–6 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 5–8 Business Days

Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We utilize established carriers to ensure the secure transport of our products:

  • Primary Carrier: FedEx (Standard Shipping).

  • Alternative Carrier: For specific logistical requirements or expedited requests, we may facilitate shipping via DHL. Please note that expedited shipping via DHL is subject to additional fees and is not covered by our standard $15.00 flat rate.

4. Tracking and Transparency

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an automated notification via email. This email will include:

  • Your unique Tracking Number.

  • A direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal to monitor your shipment in real-time.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, DarkLove exclusively serves customers within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We encourage customers to verify their shipping address details before finalizing an order to ensure successful delivery.

6. Address Modifications

If you detect an error in your shipping information, please notify us at Support@darklove.shop within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered the processing stage or has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect the package or modify the destination address.

7. Incorrect Information & Return to Sender

DarkLove is not responsible for shipments that are unsuccessful due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our facility because of an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

8. Delays and Damaged Shipments

  • Unexpected Delays: External factors such as severe weather or carrier disruptions may occasionally impact delivery schedules. We will communicate with you if a significant delay is expected.

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives with visible damage, please document the condition with photographs and contact our support team at Support@darklove.shop within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
