At DarkLove, we stand behind the functional design of our products. If your purchase does not meet your practical needs, we offer a clear and structured return process. Our goal is to ensure every transaction is handled with transparency and consistent service.
1. 14-Day Return Window
We provide a 14-day return period. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the following criteria must be met:
The item must be in its original, unused condition (no signs of wear, modification, or usage).
All original tags, labels, and protective inserts must remain attached.
The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Note: Returns sent to our facility without prior authorization from our support team will not be processed.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team at Support@darklove.shop within the 14-day window.
Provide your Order Number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and the designated return shipping address.
3. Return Shipping Costs
The responsibility for return shipping costs is determined by the reason for the return:
Customer Remorse (Change of Mind / Incorrect Selection): If you are returning an item because you no longer want it or selected the wrong model/color, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the handbag arrives damaged, defective, or if we shipped the incorrect item, DarkLove will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
4. No Restocking Fees
We do not believe in hidden charges. DarkLove does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Note on Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded for the full product price. Please note that the original flat-rate shipping fee ($15.00) is non-refundable unless the return is due to a documented defect or a shipping error on our part.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is found to be defective or damaged during transit, you must notify us at Support@darklove.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of the damage to help us expedite a replacement or full refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For quality control and operational standards, we cannot accept returns for:
Items showing visible signs of use, wear, or cosmetic damage caused by the customer.
Products that have been modified or altered after delivery.
Items purchased as “Final Sale” or gift cards.
7. Exchanges
The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original product for a refund. Once the return is processed and approved, you can place a new order for the desired handbag model.
8. Refund Timeline
Inspection: Once we receive your return, please allow up to 3 business days for our team to verify the item’s condition.
Approval: We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete and the refund is approved.
Processing: Refunds are automatically issued back to your original payment method (PayPal) within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or PayPal may require additional processing time to reflect the balance in your account.
