At DarkLove, we focus on getting your order to you as reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we manage our deliveries within the United States, including costs, timelines, and carrier information.

1. Shipping Rates

To keep things simple and predictable for our customers, we offer a Flat Shipping Rate of $15.00 on all orders across the United States, regardless of the size or weight of your handbag.

2. Delivery Timeline (United States)

We work diligently to ensure your order is handled with care and dispatched promptly. Please refer to the following schedule for estimated delivery times:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (GMT) – Monday to Friday.

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

  • Transit Time: 4–6 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 5–8 Business Days.

Note: Deliveries are not typically processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily partner with FedEx to ensure the timely and secure delivery of our handbags.

  • Standard Shipping: Handled via FedEx at our flat rate.

  • Expedited Shipping: Upon special request, we can facilitate shipping via DHL for faster delivery (typically 1–3 business days). Please note that DHL shipping is subject to additional charges and is not covered by our standard flat rate.

4. Tracking Your Shipment

Transparency is important to us. As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your Tracking Number and a link to the carrier’s website. This allows you to monitor your order’s progress in real-time.

5. Shipping Coverage

Currently, DarkLove ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We kindly ask you to double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

6. Address Modifications

If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us at Support@darklove.shop within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the processing or dispatch stage, we are unable to redirect the package or modify the address.

7. Incorrect Address & Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, phone number, or email provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of reshipping the item.

8. Handling Delays & Damaged Packages

  • Unexpected Delays: While we strive for punctuality, factors like severe weather or carrier disruptions may occasionally cause delays. We will notify you if a significant delay affects your order.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your handbag arrives in a damaged package, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and photos of the damage so we can initiate a resolution.
