At DarkLove, we stand behind the reliability of our handbags. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we provide a clear and fair return process. Our goal is to ensure that every transaction is handled with transparency and respect for your time.

1. 14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return period. You have 14 days from the date you receive your handbag to request a return. To be eligible for a successful return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition (no signs of wear or modification).

  • All original tags and labels must remain attached.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Please do not send items back to us without first receiving a return authorization from our support team.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate the process, please email us at Support@darklove.shop with your Order Number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with the specific return shipping instructions and the correct return address.

3. Return Shipping & Labels

We believe in a fair approach to shipping costs based on the reason for the return:

  • Customer Choice (Change of Mind/Wrong Item): If you decide you no longer want the bag or selected the wrong model, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You may use the carrier of your choice to purchase a trackable shipping label.

  • Our Responsibility (Damaged or Incorrect Item): If the item arrives defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, DarkLove will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

4. No Restocking Fees

We do not believe in hidden charges. DarkLove does not charge any restocking fees for returned items. If your return is approved, you will receive the full value of the product (excluding original shipping fees).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your handbag immediately upon delivery. If you find any issues, you must contact us at Support@darklove.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damage so we can expedite a replacement or refund for you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Handbags that show clear signs of use or wear.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Final sale items or gift cards.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the handbag you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item, or our team can assist you in coordinating an exchange.

8. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are automatically processed back to your original payment method (PayPal) within 7 business days. Please remember that it can take some additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
